SELECTION OF BUSINESS CLIENTS

LGS.uk are acknowledged experts in Licensing Law and we can help with all of your training needs. We have conducted training programmes 60 of the new Licensing Authorities.  At all of these programmes we sort feedback on the overall impression of the training on a scale of 1 (very poor) to 5 (very good). The current average score of ALL sessions is 4.65. MD Ian Webster said he was delighted with the positive feedback as it showed that councils were very pleased with the course being provided.

Comments following training include:

“The seminar was professional, understandable and fun. The programme was well prepared and very informative and included some lighthearted sessions that brought the practical application of the Act to life. Our Members commented that this had been an excellent training session which held their attention for the whole day." Chris Ketley, Training Officer, Swale Borough Council

“Very clear speaker and questions given a considered and concise answer, overall very good” - Ben Murray Licensing Officer, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council

“From the Members comments they really enjoyed the day and, as importantly, they had gained a real insight into the complexities of the coming change in Licensing and the impact on them and officers” - Paul Murphy, Head of Licensing, Arun District Council

“Well presented with good content and kept attention of a varied audience” - Officer, Tandridge District Council

“The pitch was spot on with the programme designed to meet Members' needs and not simply to read out sections in the Licensing Act, as is the practice of some other trainers. I was impressed by the subtle way it provoked thought, giving rise to lively debate and held the attention of the audience throughout the session.” - Kevin Ruck, Head of Licensing, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council

“Very surprised I remembered so much, as it was all new to me” - Tunbridge Wells Licensing Officer following Chamber quiz

“Very valuable and most enjoyable, held my attention throughout the day” - Cllr Carden, Leader South Norfolk Council

"Excellent day very thought provoking, Members have learned a lot, thank you" - Loretto Dennigan, Licensing Officer, North Dorset DC
